Martin and his wife provided amazing customer service when I was inquiring about a custom size frame for a client. They even scheduled a call with me to make sure all of the details were correct before proceeding with the order. The product is exceptional and with their instructions we managed to get our canvas together beautifully. Great communication and suggestions on measurements. Hopefully durable wood, but we just put it together and stands out. Hanging kit is not included. Kind of obvious, but an afterthought for me, once the canvas was already stretched and ready to be hang. We will be returning customer, if needed for other canvases.

I'm a painter in Santa Fe, NM and ordered a custom kit for a 48x60 painting. It came with the pieces and supports marked and cut to fit ( perfectly in my opinion).
After a little learning curve with a staple gun I assembled the frame, stretched the canvas and VOILA!
The videos were helpful.

So well made!! They sent videos that were so easy to follow I did it all by myself and I am so happy.
They asked questions to be sure they would make exactly what I wanted.
They answered right away and made themselves available to clarify anything needed.

Seller responded to multiple questions and got the measurements exact.
This is a high quality stretcher bars.
I had a custom frame for a picture I had painted and had to restructure on new stretcher bars to make it fit the frame. This was perfect.
I bought some offset clips and have put it together.
Thank you for a great quality piece!!
